The Down Low
The first game I saw Crystal Bradford in the 2021 season, I had no idea who she was. I suspect I was not alone among the fanbase. Crystal was drafted in 2015—the first Central Michigan player make it to the W. But after playing 15 games with the LA Sparks, she fell out of the league until 2021, when she joined the Dream.
We all quickly learned Crystal Bradford's name, as she began showing off her spin move, quick hands, and value in transition. And she is clearly having an absolute blast doing so. She's spoken about the culture on the team that always pushes herself to get better. In fact, you should probably give her credit for shaming Courtney Williams into hitting a buzzer-beater.
